Due to our extensive product selection and frequent additions of new merchandise; it is not possible for us to keep an up-to-date printed catalogue. We, instead, offer our catalogue through the web for easy viewing and ordering. Please note that the colors of items and products may depend on your monitor and may not be correctly displayed.

Our online shop offers a wide range of selections. However, we recognize that it is not possible to cover all the creative potentials. If you are looking for a particular style or personalization that you don't see in our collections OR if you simply don't know where to start please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail at info@thebomboniereshop.com or call us at 806-252-1204 (M-F 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time). Placing Your Order (or Cancelling Your Order)
Orders can be placed through our website or by telephone. We encourage you to place your order by phone at 806-252-1204 if your product requires extra customization or personalization. Please note that your placement of an order via our website and your receipt of an initial order confirmation also through the website does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and processing payment. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. Because we process most orders immediately upon receipt, cancellations cannot be honored after 24 hours. We also do not allow editing or cancellation on orders that are to be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order.

Discounted pricing
Discount pricing is available for most items is as follows:
  • 3% for quantities between 51-100
  • 5% for quantities between 101-150
  • 10% for quantities of 151 and above

Assembly and packaging of favors
All of our favors will be shipped to you fully assembled and ready for distribution to your guests unless you are purchasing products designated as DIY (do-it-yourself) or particularly fragile item that require more padding than normal. More specifically:

  • If your favors include ribbon ties or labels, these will come already attached.
  • If you are ordering favors with a confection filling, the fillings will be packaged inside the favors.

Bomboniere with presentation boxes may be shipped inside the individual boxes or with flat, but easy to assemble boxes (depending on the bomboniera). If you have questions concerning assembly please e-mail us at info@thebomboniereshop.com or call our shop at 806-252-1204.

Lead Times and Rush Orders
Lead times will vary from product to product. The shopping cart pages will provide approximate lead time information. All lead times will be reconfirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can also obtain lead time information before you place your order by e-mailing us at info@thebomboniereshop.com --- don’t forget to include your event date and number of favors needed in your e-mail. Rush orders are certainly welcome if we have the materials for your selection in stock. Please e-mail us at info@thebomboniereshop.com or call us at 806-252-1204 to inquire about rush orders.

Freshness of our products
Our confections are always fresh. We order a new stock of sugar-coated almonds and other confections every month. Please store all products containing confections in a cool dry place until the event date.

Payment methods and Sales Tax
We accept the following credit cards for internet and phone orders: Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. If you would like to make a purchase using a bank check or a personal check, please call us for special instructions at 806-252-1204. A sales tax is added to all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside Pennsylvania.

You can shop with confidence knowing your personal information is protected by our secure server which incorporates a SSL (Secure Server Layer). This is a reliable and very secure way to make purchases over the Internet. All of your personal information is encrypted when transmitted and will be stored in a secure environment out of reach of any third parties. Please note that any information you send to us can only be encrypted via access to our secure server. E-mail is not transmitted through SSL and is, therefore, not considered a secure form for transmitting your personal information. Please do not send us e-mails with your credit card numbers! The Bomboniere Shop will never include credit card information in any e-mail correspondence we send you. Please be assured that we respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you is for ordering purposes only. We will never disclose your name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address without your prior authorization.

Order status and Shipping
Shipping and handling times will vary from product to product, depending on in-stock availability. An estimated shipping lead-time is given on each product description page. We also reconfirm all Internet orders by e-mail once your order is placed and your credit card information has been verified. You will also receive a shipping verification notice when your order has been packed and shipped. This verification will include your package tracking number. Most packages are shipped via FedEx. If you need express shipping on a rush order you may want to place your order by phone at 806-252-1204 or make a note in the “special instructions” section of shopping cart. A higher shipping charge will apply. Note that certain items, such as those containing confections or extremely delicate merchandise, must be shipped via express service to maintain the integrity of the product. Large orders and some custom orders may be sent with Signature Confirmation. Your satisfaction is always first. Each shipment is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipping and handling.

If you need to check on the status of your order, please e-mail us at orders@thebomboniereshop.com and include your full name and order number. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We are not responsible for: items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

We ship anywhere in the United States. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery for all our packages. If you choose to have your products shipped to a different shipping address than the one associated with your credit card, we may ask you to provide written permission by fax or mail prior to shipping your order. Weekend shipping is not easy to arrange and cannot be guaranteed. International orders will be honored on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire by e-mail at info@thebomboniereshop.com if you are interested in shipping to countries other than the USA. Please note that The Bomboniere Shop is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with International shipments. These must be paid directly to the shipping carrier. Should the shipping carrier be unsuccessful in collecting these charges from you, they will bill The Bomboniere Shop. The Bomboniere Shop will then bill you for unpaid charges plus a $35.00 administrative/collection fee.

The following shipping and handling costs will be applied for orders shipped via FedEx:

  • Single sample item = $6.50
  • $0.01 to $25.00 = $9.95
  • $25.01 to 50.00 = $15.95
  • $50.01 to $100.00 = $22.95
  • $100.01 to $200.00 = $32.95
  • $200.01 to $400.00 = $42.95
  • $400.01 to $550.00 = $62.95
  • $550.01 to $800.00 = $82.95
  • $800.01 to $1000.00 = $102.95
  • Over $1000.00 = call or e-mail for a cost
Please note that items sent by via 2-day, 3-day express or any other express service and will be higher in cost. For shipments sent with Signature Confirmation please add $3.00 to the shipping and handling costs listed above.

Unavailability of products
In the unlikely event that there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. You will then be given the option to wait for the new delivery date or to cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. If on a very rare occasion, a new circumstance comes to our attention after placing your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund. The availability of products and other items on the Site may change at any time, without notice.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Items
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return is authorized, you must pay the shipping charges and we recommend insuring your package. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. For authorized returns, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued in the same form as initially paid. For credit to a credit card account, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that "custom orders" – handmade bomboniere, custom-made products, all confectionary merchandise, favor boxes filled with confections, gifts that are monogrammed or somehow personalized just for you in their design or making - are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. Items that are individually packaged must be returned as shipped to you. We of course understand that you must open a single piece for viewing. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions we have described. If you would like to exchange an item for something different, return the original item to The Bomboniere Shop following the return procedures descrived above. Then place a new order through the shopping cart. You will be credited for the return and charged for the new purchase. Because some of our products sell out quickly, placing a new order right away instead of waiting for us to get the returned item is the best way to make sure that you get what you want. Please note that "custom orders" – handmade bomboniere, custom-made products, all confectionary merchandise, favor boxes filled with confections, gifts that are monogrammed or somehow personalized just for you in their design or making - are not returnable. In the event that your package arrives to you damaged, please alert its carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is very important to save all packaging in order to pursue a claim against the carrier. You may return damaged merchandise if damaged for a full refund or exchange.

Samples
To inquire about samples please call us at 806-252-1204 or e-mail us at info@thebomboniereshop.com. Please note that product samples may not be available for special order items. If a sample is available, you will be charged the unit price of the product plus a shipping and handling fee. In the case of large custom orders, we are willing, upon your request, to send photographs via e-mail during the course of production so that we can get your approval for a final design.

Typographical Errors and Accuracy of Information
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
